Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Moonsleep app and this website, operated by Milena Marketing ltd., Alabin Street 33, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. The service

Moonsleep is a baby sleep tracker: the app logs sleep, nursing, bottle, diaper and other entries, calculates age-appropriate wake-window predictions from them and shows statistics and gentle reminders. Predictions are calculated automatically from your entries and are for guidance only.

2. No medical advice

Moonsleep does not replace medical advice. The app offers guidance on sleep rhythms, but it is not a medical device and does not make diagnoses. For questions about your child's health, sleep behaviour or nutrition, consult your midwife or pediatrician. To the extent permitted by law, Milena Marketing ltd. accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the app. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health remains unaffected.

3. Subscription and prices

The full feature set of Moonsleep is a subscription: $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year, each after a free 3-day trial. The purchase runs through your Apple account (App Store), where Apple's terms additionally apply. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. During the trial you can cancel at any time free of charge. Prices may vary by country/currency; the price shown in the App Store is decisive.

4. Your account and care-team sync

Sharing with your care team requires an account. Keep your credentials secret and inform us immediately if you suspect misuse. You decide whom you invite; invited people see the shared entries. You can delete your account and all data in the app at any time.

5. Fair use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, infringe third-party rights or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We continuously develop Moonsleep and may change, add or discontinue features. We will announce material changes to these terms in good time; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies; for consumers, this is without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.
